Francesca Grillo is the Principal of Waterfront Real Estate Vanuatu. She is qualified as lawyer and real estate agent and she has extensive marketing training and experience. Francesca is resident in Vanuatu since May 2008.

Before moving to Vanuatu Francesca was the NSX (National Stock Exchange) Business Development Manager for the Sunshine Coast, QLD Australia. Her knowledge and experience in law, real estate development and marketing is put to the service of both her clients and customers. She can assist you in marketing your development or property, finding the right property and/or investment and follow the conveyance for your complete peace of mind.

Jack Dihm is the new Sales Manager for Waterfront Real Estate Vanuatu. He has ten years experience in real estate, specializing in commercial. Jack was 24 years in the Regular Australian Army and he has been residing in Vanuatu for over 5 years. 

Jack and his wife Janelle owned and operated a successful Real Estate Agency in Port Douglas, Far North QLD Australia. Since moving to Vanuatu Jack has been working in real estate, he has a thorough knowledge of the process involved with Vanuatu property dealings, a keen eye for details on all aspects of listing and selling properties and businesses, and a down to earth approach for everyone to relax and make an informed decision on their investment.
