Jorg Schwartze Is Director and Shareholder in Waterfront Real Estate. He is the former Managing Director of National Institute of Socioeconomic & environmental Research (NISER), a joint Venture Partner of the National Stock Exchange Australia (NSX). Mr. Schwartze has been involved in a number of start-up ventures and was passionate connected to economic growth and business development in Queensland Australia.

Born in Germany, he studied Economy, Law and Computer Science on Technical University in Berlin. Mr. Schwartze was Managing Director in 187 Real Estate Investment Companies, with over 2000 Investors and an Investment Volume of over A$ 2 Billion. The business entrepreneur founded and managed successful Property Development Companies, Real Estate Agencies, Computer Companies and several other Business Ventures in Europe, Australia and Vanuatu.

Mr. Schwartze dedicated part of his spare time as lecturer at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Berlin for Youth education and Apprenticeship training. Mr. Schwartze is a member of Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD)

As Senior flight instructor he made his contribution to the flying community in Australia. For his 3 year circumnavigation the world in his own Sailing Yacht he was rewarded with the “Trans Ocean Medal”.
